It's called an Acorn Squash.
What do you do with it? You might ask.
Well it's sort of like a pumpkin in the way that it looks on the inside. But what you want to do is, slice it in half, scoop out the string/seed combo like a pumpkins insides and throw that out.
From there you'll want to place it on a plate and put it in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes, like a sweet potato (sort of).
After that, add about 1 tbsp or 2 to the middle (in the bowl like shape) and start to dig out the sides into the center.
Put a little bit of brown sugar on it and put it back in the microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes.
After this you're going to want to let it cool. From there you just enjoy it!
